Responsibilities & Context:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, shoppers, and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding shop locations, promotions, facilities, and services within the mall.

  • Receive and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper front desk protocols are followed.

  • Provide directions and guidance to shoppers for a seamless mall experience.

  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
