Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving and checking bill before taking necessary approval.
∎ Perform 4-way matching: Requisition, Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Invoice.
∎ Ensure invoices comply with company policies and tax regulations.
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline the invoice processing workflow.
∎ Willing to take on any responsibilities assigned by management in alignment with business needs.
