1. Manage project activities effectively, including planning, scheduling, site supervision, follow-up, and overall project coordination.

2. Supervise and monitor site operations to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient project execution.

3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams to ensure timely project completion and quality service delivery.

4. Implement engineering procedures, technical guidelines, and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Conduct troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and quality assurance of electrical systems, equipment, and components in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.

6. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical and electromechanical systems.

7. Prepare technical drawings, BOQ, project documentation, progress reports, and maintenance records.

8. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and company policies throughout project execution.

9. Assist in project estimation, material selection, procurement coordination, and technical evaluation processes.

10. Maintain effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

11. Demonstrate sound knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, control panels, substations, and related engineering practices.

12. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
