• Diploma in Electrical in Diploma in Electrical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Solar Energy

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Support technical sales and business development activities for power and electrical solutions.

• Visit clients, consultants, contractors, industries, and project sites to understand technical requirements.

• Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and technical inspections for power projects.

• Assist in sales, installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales support of:

  • Substations and Power Distribution Systems

  • Diesel/Gas Generator Sets

  • Solar Power Systems and related equipment

  • Synchronization, ATS/AMF, control and protection systems

  • ACB, MCCB, switchgear, electrical panels and related equipment

• Prepare and review technical quotations, BOQ, SLD, specifications, tender documents, and proposals.

• Assist in system design, equipment selection, load calculations, and technical solutions according to project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams.

• Support installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities at project sites.

• Follow up on quotations, tenders, ongoing projects, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare customer visit reports, project updates, and other technical/commercial reports.

• Travel to different locations across Bangladesh for client meetings, site surveys, project execution, commissioning, and business development.

• Perform any other technical, sales, or project-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
  
  
  Experience Preference

  Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be given preference:

  • Substation / Power Distribution

  • Generator Sales & Commissioning

  • Power Generation / EPC Projects

  • Technical Sales & Business Development

  • Installation, Testing & Commissioning

  Additional Requirements

  • Must have a valid driving license and personal motorcycle/bike.

  • Candidates with Electrical Licensing Board (ELB) Supervisor/Electrician certification will be given preference.

  • Good understanding of electrical power systems and basic electrical engineering principles.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, SLD, load calculation, control panels, and power equipment.

  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of Bangla and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage.

  • Must be willing to travel and work at project sites across Bangladesh.

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
