Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure precision in erection and installation works for the Seed Crushing Plant in compliance with engineering drawings and relevant standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and standard procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and control devices across plant work areas to identify hazards and defects, implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical equipment and machinery using technical drawings and schematics.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all electrical and electronic devices, ensuring optimal functioning of inverters, motors, electrical panels, and related systems to minimize breakdowns.
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for electrical systems and installations.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with the production department to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
