∎ Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources or Engineering /CSE is required.
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.00 in each attempted certified examinations.

∎ Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training program development and management, preferably in an academic or research institution.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
∎ Proficiency in instructional design, and training delivery methods.
∎ Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in organizing training programs at university level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and implement training policy and programs that meet the needs of faculty, and staff.
∎ Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
∎ Create engaging training materials and resources, including online modules, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
∎ Ensure training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
∎ Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and external partners to identify training opportunities and develop joint initiatives.
∎ Foster relationships with industry professionals, training organizations, and other educational institutions.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, performance, participation, and outcomes.
∎ Use data and analytics to inform training program development and decision-making.
∎ 1.      Training Program Development:
