Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and executing video shoots (ads, promos, social media content, etc.).Coordinate between scriptwriters, videographers, editors, talent, and production crew.
∎ Maintain and update shooting schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
∎ Ensure all team members are briefed and present during shoots.
∎ Handle on-set logistics and troubleshoot minor production issues.
∎ Keep detailed notes during shoots and assist in post-production follow-ups.
∎ Support pre-production planning, including location scouting, script breakdowns, and team arrangements.
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar assistant director, production coordinator, or shoot management role.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
∎ Strong interest and understanding of the creative and video production process.
∎ Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and work with creative teams.
∎ Comfortable working both in the field and in post-production environments.
∎ Background in film production, media houses, advertising, or creative agencies.
∎ Familiarity with shoot setups, lighting, audio, and camera work is a plus.
∎ Basic knowledge of script formats, storyboarding, and shoot planning.
∎ Experience working with directors, models, or clients on branded content.
∎ Gain hands-on experience on professional sets and client projects.
∎ Build industry connections and collaborate with experienced creative professionals.

∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a passionate and organized Assistant Director (Intern) with at least 1 year of relevant experience in media production, creative agency, or a similar environment. This role supports the director in managing shoot logistics, coordinating with crew and talent, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of client-based and in-house video projects. Candidates with a background in media, film, creative agencies, or content production will be prioritized and strongly encouraged to apply.
