  • Ability to create creative content with strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset for ROI evaluation with proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic design tools.

We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (YAMAHA Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Jungheinrich), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui-Moly) & Power Solutions Products (YorPower, Himoinsa & Weichai) etc. in our product line.

  • We are looking for a creative, energetic, and business-oriented Marketing & Branding professional for our Bus & Coach segment. The role requires strong expertise in brand development, marketing communication, digital and offline campaign execution, and market positioning of commercial vehicles. Candidates passionate about automotive branding, storytelling, and B2B marketing will be highly preferred.

Principal Accountability:

  • Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for the Bus & Coach business.

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).

  • Support product positioning and brand communication aligned with business objectives.

  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and OEM partners (e.g., Bus & Coach manufacturers) for marketing activities.

  • Manage social media, digital content, and online brand presence.

  • Organize product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events.

  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight collection.

  • Support lead generation initiatives for fleet, corporate, govt. and institutional customers.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to drive business growth through marketing initiatives.
