Candidates with prior experience working with Columbia buyers will be given high preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure all stitching, finishing, and washing processes meet company and Columbia buyer quality standards; conduct FMEA risk assessments and verify all style files, construction details, legality requirements, and trims/accessories artwork.
Perform daily inline inspections and regular pre-final inspections on packed goods; prepare and upload inspection reports as required by the Columbia customer portal.
Execute final random inspections according to the buyer’s AQL Level 1.0 and coordinate closely with FCQA to meet customer inspection protocols.
Communicate production, quality, and washing requirements to the factory team, ensuring alignment on timelines, technical expectations, and delivery schedules.
Conduct PP meetings, inline, DUPRO, pre-final, and final inspections while monitoring size sets, pilot runs, and production flow for right-first-time quality and on-time delivery.
Oversee material and accessory supply to ensure correct items are received and used for sewing, washing, and packaging operations.
Maintain compliance with SOPs and technical audit requirements, ensuring proper workplace organisation, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor production performance, resolve technical or operational issues, maintain accurate documentation, train team members, and ensure customer satisfaction with zero claims.
