∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing internal Audit plan, policies, programs & SOP in consultation with the department head and ensure implementation across the group accordingly to confirm proper compliance.
∎ Perform routine audit works in Factory/ Plant to check mechanical-related bills to ensure transparency in day-to-day transactions.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of price rate of mechanical purchase items, and other mechanical work to manage cost overrun.
∎ Conduct investigations on detailed mechanical activities and prepare detailed audit reports on audit findings with necessary observations and recommendations.
∎ Maintain integrity and confidentiality whenever investigations are conducted to ensure fairness & transparency.
∎ Determine as to whether Companies resources (personnel, property, funds, assets etc.) are being utilized in an economical and efficient manner, including the underlying causes of any inefficiencies or wasteful practices
∎ Identify the problems/faults of the mechanical work to ensure accuracy and conformity with established standards.
∎ Check and verify structural drawing & design to streamline smooth functioning of the whole business process.
∎ Justify/verify the quality of all mechanical work to ensure the efficiency of business operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of mechanical-related audit experience in heavy industry/plant/project.
∎ Analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills.
∎ Good command over English & Bangla communication (Both in Oral & Written).
∎ Practical Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Email Correspondence.
