∎ Experience with SAP, DMS, or Sales Automation preferred
∎ Strong knowledge in distributor lifecycle, RTM, key account execution
∎ Proficient in Excel, sales systems, and data analytics
∎ Tech-savvy; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage distributor performance on sales, stock, ROI, and compliance KPIs
∎ Execute key account initiatives to drive retail excellence
∎ Conduct distributor audits aligned with SOPs and credit policy
∎ Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections
∎ Lead claim processing and verification for trade programs
∎ Coordinate with sales & supply chain for OTIF and route efficiency
∎ Maintain dashboards and ensure reporting compliance
∎ Build distributor capability through regular engagement and training
∎ Analyze trade trends and suggest strategic improvements
∎ Resolve field issues with agility and accountability
∎ Track competitor activities and develop counter strategies
