Group of Companies, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software, Tally ERP-09.
∎ VAT & Tax compliance related work.
∎ Maintain all financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly reconciliation report.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.
∎ Prepare sales reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare the bank & loan reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare periodic management information reports as per requirement.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Deal with accounts payable and accounts receivables, monthly reconciliation.
∎ Checking bills as per SOP submitted by vendors.
∎ Maintain working capital & term loan status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Income Tax Profession will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
