Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor financial control in respect of plant expenses, materials management (store) and other relevant area like Compliance of VAT and Tax.
∎ Ensure different report related with plant which cover section wise wastage and capacity, production and delivery planning, factory overhead allocation, inventory and fixed assets management, material variance, utility consumption, manpower, department wise overtime and others.
∎ Product costing (Pre and post both) for current SKU and new product and ROI calculation with current and forecasted market price.
∎ Supervise VAT team to confirm the monthly sales, purchase, production and raw materials consumption.
∎ Lead depot team for smooth and timely delivery, Finished goods management and VAT functioning.
∎ Ensure Local (Factory) bank associated communication and supervise petty cash payment related issues and finalize monthly General Ledger, bank and cash reconciliation.
∎ Closely work with Head office Accounts to ensure operational performance of Plant and yearly budget preparation.
∎ Supervise to prepare plant Accounts and Financial Reports within the agreed timeline.
∎ Review and evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of internal controls.
∎ Supervise and guide the team to improve the performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
