∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACA,FCA
∎ Skills Required: Expart in Ms advance excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, Capital Management, Cash Flow Management, Cost and profit analysis, ERP, Forecasting, Tally

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Group CFO in financial reporting and analysis
∎ Facilitate yearly budgets in coordination with the Head of Finance & Accounts of all SBU's of the group
∎ Monitor monthly performance reporting.
∎ Lead consolidation reporting for all entities of the group
∎ Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management.
∎ Work with project teams and prepare project feasibility reports and project profiles.
∎ Help the entities to implement the decisions of performance meetings and follow-up actions.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
∎ Provide decision support to internal management by drawing up quality management reports and also provide ad-hoc information to assist in decision making.
∎ Work as effective team player for process re-engineering initiative.
∎ Work for process automation with ERP implementation teams.
∎ Identify areas of improvement to ensure continuous up-gradation.
∎ Provide timely and quality management information as per agreed schedule including drawing up procedures and forms for above
∎ Develop and update financial policies, procedures and guidelines for the group
∎ Ensure proper JD and KPIs are set for subordinates, evaluate staff performance and provide feed-back, mentor for improvement, ensure discipline, identify training needs & facilitate training, and manage their career development.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
