Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain cash book, bank books, and prepare bank reconciliation statement
∎ Ensure banking related all works
∎ Operate Tally software for accounts related all activities
∎ Monitor all advance adjustment and ensure bills checking and payment on time
∎ Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statement, and other reports when required
∎ Secure financial information by completing database backups
∎ Ensure monthly salary preparation and disbursement as per direction of the HR department
∎ Check final payment file and make on time payment
∎ Ensure office rent, utility, other necessary payment regularly
∎ Ensure various report making as per the requirement of the organization
∎ Ensure timely submission of Tax & VAT returns and other regulatory requirements
∎ Assist in developing and implementing inventory management procedures
∎ Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy
∎ Ensure financial reporting monthly, quarterly, annually to the management
∎ Perform any other relevant task as per the instruction of the management
