∎ Understanding basic accounting principles like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
∎ Knowledge of applicable taxes and compliance with tax regulations
∎ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for managing financial data, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

∎ Create and issue accurate invoices to clients.
∎ Collect and process challans efficiently.
∎ Manage and follow up on monthly subscription bill collections.
∎ Maintain accurate records of billing and collections.
∎ Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile accounts.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
