Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in chemistry from any Public / National University or
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, improve and customize formulation, SOP, Equipment’s, product, methods and process regarding proper dyeing and washing of fabrics.
∎ Monitor and ensure immediate support in any unit for the Chemical Testing, Fabric Testing, Washing issue, process improvement, Cost reduce etc.
∎ Ability to maintain Google Drive: Wash Kaizen, Use of Ideal Stoke Chemicals, Chemical Test Report preparing, Technical Issue Box, D8, Wash PDCA etc.
∎ Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals, dyeing/ washing reports etc.
∎ Prepare Specification of useable chemicals, raw materials etc.
∎ Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds and reagents for conducting test.
∎ Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting and malfunctions.
∎ Evaluate existing dyeing and washing procedure with respect to chemistry background and design a proper method.
∎ Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
