Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to conduct market assessment survey and analyze information
∎ Identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and producers (households) and assist to support for developing linkage among the targeted households.
∎ Conduct/Assist to facilitate the different training, workshop and other events celebrations under the project
∎ Support to develop training modules, tools and other materials
∎ Contribute to the Union/Upazila wise monthly/quarterly implementation plan in accordance with detailed annual activity plan of the project.
∎ Initiate and update the database of the IGA investment of the women both for individual and groups
∎ Coordinate with the FOs for realistic business plan of the beneficiaries
∎ Capacity building activities with SHG, Input Retailers, traders & other relevant market actors
∎ Prepare plans for and initiate institutional contacts with stakeholders at local level.
∎ Maintain regular information sharing with line management and backstopping team of WFP and other colleagues.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments, agencies, market actors, different associations, partners and stakeholders.
∎ Strengthen linkage among input companies, community group leaders, SHGs and other leaders involved in IGAs/value chain and strengthen their capacity.
∎ Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship.
∎ Monitor effective implementation of project activities through regular field visits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Have clear understanding on knowledge management, documentation and reporting skill.
∎ Experience on developing business plan and review
∎ Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
