Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Special Knowledge for trust Accounting
Should have skills in operating accounting software especially in enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Must be able to maintain day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheets, receipt & payment statement, accounts reconciliation, monthly accounts closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing etc. in software.
Operating experience of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point.
Good typing speed both in Bangla & English.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining daily financial records
Support in preparing vouchers (payment, receipt, journal)
Help update cash book and bank book
Assist with bank reconciliation statements
Prepare supporting documents for payments
Maintain files and organize financial documents
Assist in payroll preparation and disbursement
Support in accounts payable and receivable tracking
Help in maintaining fixed asset and inventory records
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
Ensure proper documentation for audits
Support compliance with VAT, tax, and internal policies
Provide assistance in budget preparation
Manage petty cash under supervision
Communicate with suppliers or clients for basic queries
Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Accountant or Finance Officer
