∎ 3 to 5 years experience in mentioned criteria.
∎ Specials Knowledge for trust Accounting
∎ Should have skills in operating accounting software especially in enterprise resource planning (ERP).
∎ Must be able to maintain day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheets, receipt & payment statement, accounts reconciliation, monthly accounts closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing etc. in software.
∎ Operating experience of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point.
∎ Good typing speed both in Bangla & English.

∎ Support in preparing vouchers (payment, receipt, journal)
∎ Help update cash book and bank book
∎ Assist with bank reconciliation statements
∎ Prepare supporting documents for payments
∎ Maintain files and organize financial documents
∎ Assist in payroll preparation and disbursement
∎ Support in accounts payable and receivable tracking
∎ Help in maintaining fixed asset and inventory records
∎ Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
∎ Ensure proper documentation for audits
∎ Support compliance with VAT, tax, and internal policies
∎ Provide assistance in budget preparation
∎ Manage petty cash under supervision
∎ Communicate with suppliers or clients for basic queries
∎ Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Accountant or Finance Officer
