∎ Age 27 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements for all 13 companies.
∎ Planning for executing activities of all unites efficiently.
∎ Ensure efficient allocation of resources and workload distribution within the team with a view to increasing productivity.
∎ Collaborate with logistic & other departments to ensure financial alignment and support for operational activities.
∎ Finalized and present accurate and timely financial statements of all companies.
∎ Checking bill & invoice of vendors & suppliers as per the SOP of company.
∎ Prepare monthly budget for payment.
∎ Accounts Payable Management in software.
∎ Cost analysis & arise daily transaction demand of all company & represent it to Finance department for proper financial management.
∎ Regular visit, observe & make solutions for all activities of accounts team.
∎ Analysis Project Estimated Cost & Estimated profit & inform concern department if there are any corrections.
∎ Everyday cash received from finance according to demand.
∎ Daily Petty cash provides for Payment to all units.
∎ Checking all accounts ledger according to accounts standard & solving critical issues.
∎ Signing all vouchers, ensuring required correction of daily entry & printing daily cash book statements of all Company.
∎ Analyzing & all project reports (profit loss).
∎ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all closing projects records and reports to Head of Finance.
∎ Making all Monthly salary sheets, Placing demand to management & arrangement for salary disbursement.
