Responsibilities & Context:
Handle all Asian visa processes (Tourist, Business, Medical, Visit visas)
• Countries include (but not limited to): China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Philippine, Pakistan, Turkey,
• Prepare and check visa documents as per embassy requirements
• Client counseling and file assessment
• Online visa application submission and appointment booking
• Embassy/Agent coordination and follow-up
• Maintain visa records and daily reporting
• Support team members and manage workflow of the Asian visa desk
