∎ নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীগণকে সংস্থার কর্মএলাকার মাঠপর্যায়ে যে কোন কর্মস্থলে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীদের কম্পিউটার পরিচালনার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজের অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীগণকে সংস্থার কর্মএলাকার মাঠপর্যায়ে যে কোন কর্মস্থলে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

∎ ‘‘আশ্রয়’’ একটি বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা (এম.আর.এ সনদ নং- ০০৬০৯-০১০১৯-০০২০০) বিগত ৩৫ বছর যাবৎ দারিদ্র বিমোচনে বিভিন্নমুখী উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করে আসছে। আশ্রয় উদ্যোগ উন্নয়ন (মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স) কর্মসূচির মাঠ পর্যায়ের কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে ঊর্ধ্বতন নিরীক্ষা কর্মকর্তা পদে নিয়োগ করা হবে।

∎ বেতন-ভাতা সুবিধাদি: শিক্ষানবিশকালে মাসিক বেতন নীট ৩২,৪২৫/-। চাকুরি স্থায়ীকরণের পর মাসিক বেতন-ভাতা (প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড ও গ্রাচ্যুইটিসহ, বার্ষিক ২টি উৎসব ভাতা এবং বৈশাখী ভাতাসহ) বাবদ সর্বসাকুল্যে ৩৯,৮৬৮/- পাবেন।
∎ এছাড়া সংস্থার বিধিমালা অনুযায়ী মাসিক ৬,০০০/- যাতায়াত ও খাদ্য ভাতা এবং বিধি মোতাবেক মোবাইল ভাতার সুবিধা সহ মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।
