Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or post-graduates in any discipline having minimum 07 points and securing at least 02 points at each level (upto graduation) from any recognized Public University/National University/Private University/University (as approved by the University Grant Commission of Bangladesh). The points will be determined as follows:
∎ SSC: Point 3 for GPA 3 or above/First Division and Point 2 for GPA 2 or less than 3/Second Division
∎ HSC: Point 3 for GPA 3 or above/First Division and Point 2 for GPA 2 or less than 3/Second Division
∎ Graduate: Point 3 for CGPA 3 or above (Out of 4) & CGPA 4 or above (Out of 5)/First Class and Point 2 for CGPA 2.5 to less than 3 (Out of 4) & CGPA 3 to less than 4 (Out of 5)/Second Class
∎ Post-graduate: Point 3 for CGPA 3 or above (Out of 4) & CGPA 4 or above (Out of 5)/First Class and Point 2 for CGPA 2.5 to less than 3 (Out of 4) & CGPA 3 to less than 4 (Out of 5)/Second Class
Additional Requirements:
∎ Defined object-oriented attitude;
∎ Self-directed, adaptable to changes in the work environment/rules/directions;
∎ Highest standard of ethics, integrity, and values;
∎ Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
∎ Must have good working knowledge of MS office.
