Job Context:
∎ A renowned International Courier Company looking for Area/ Zonal Sales Manager for their Dhaka Office.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for managing the station, its staff and clients, with responsibility for future growth.
∎ The Company has a 35-year track record of excellence in Freight Forwarding and Logistics. They are well-established, well-funded & profitable. They are operating in 220 countries & Territories. They have corporate offices in Dhaka. They are experiencing tremendous growth, and with this growth opportunity abounds.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all aspects of the SUCCESS program are well understood and implemented across all sales territories and that the country objectives of both sales force effectiveness and efficiency improvement are achieved.
∎ Monitor Account Managers utilization of the pipeline forecast and ensure that business from new and existing customers is successfully negotiated in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure that all UPS customers are serviced effectively by the sales force and that Up-Selling and Cross-Selling opportunities are identified and negotiations commenced.
∎ Ensure all country-determined call targets are met by the Account Managers and all sales territories utilize an annual call cycle which is reviewed quarterly and updated monthly.
∎ Assist in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios.
∎ Ensure country sales strategy is incorporated into all major targets set for the sales force.
∎ Perform regular co-visits/calls with members of the sales team to monitor the development of skills and to identify further areas for training and development.
∎ Generate business leads internally and externally.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
∎ Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
∎ Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having an experience in garments product shipment will be given an advantage.
∎ Good Oral and Written communication skills with Networking capacities.
∎ Should be a good team player and Creative thinker.
∎ Should have experience in Logistics Operations.
∎ Should have experience in Courier & Freight Operation.
Salary: Negotiable
