∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve SKU wise sales target for ice cream and frozen food
∎ Coordinate with distributors, dealers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth
∎ Work closely with dealers and retailers to ensure maximum utilization of deep fridge spaces with Kazi's products only
∎ Ensure availability and visibility of products in the retailer's selling point through on-time delivery
∎ Maintain the cold chain during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in compliance with the set standard.
∎ Visit customers regularly to address any customer complaints and provide on-time and relevant solution for customer satisfaction

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
∎ Must be able to drive motorcycle (have valid driving license)
∎ Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills
∎ Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to work under pressure

∎ Emolument: Depending upon the profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
