∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any subject. Major in marketing will be given preference.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer development, Franchsie, Retail Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales target achievement both in number & expansion plan.
∎ Develop & appoint new Dealer/ Wholesaler/ Franchise & Retail Outlets.
∎ Receive order regularly & ensure product availability and on time delivery.
∎ Train & develop Own/Dealer/ Wholesaler/ Franchise people/staffs on selling skills and business.
∎ Analysis business, market trend & competitors.
∎ Build respectful and win-win business relationship with stakeholders.
∎ Ensure visual merchandising, product display in stores as per given guidelines.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales report.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven
∎ Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
