Responsibilities & Context:
Express Leather Products Limited representing 2 (Two) International Brands i.e Lotto Sport Italia and Lee Cooper London in Bangladesh market. We are looking for dynamic, talented, energetic team member for our sales department. This job belongs to extreme market visit, maintaining own outlet and ability to build strong relationship with Dealer/ Wholesaler/ Franchise, understand their needs and provide them with the appropriate solutions to meet their requirement.
- Sales target achievement both in number & expansion plan. Develop & appoint new Dealer/ Wholesaler/ Franchise / Retail Outlets.
- Receive order regularly & ensure product availability and on time delivery.
- Train & develop Own/Dealer/ Wholesaler/ Franchise people/staffs on selling skills and business. Analysis business, market trend & competitors.
- Build respectful and win-win business relationship with stakeholders.
- Ensure visual merchandising, product display in stores as per given guidelines. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales report.
- Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
