∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Field Officer (FO), Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ Make Territory Sales plan.
∎ Distributors Networking, New Distributor opening etc.
∎ Responsible to meet defined territory's Sales Target.
∎ Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
∎ Preparing sales reports and customer database.
∎ Develop and implement the strategy to drive top-line growth in existing as well as a new client.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its regions.
∎ Should have a strong relationship, traders' sales & marketing skills and maintain liaison with customer as well as with the distributors.
∎ Maintain all kinds of paper works.
∎ Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Handling Distributors or Dealers, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electrical & Electronic product, Group of companies.
∎ Good market planner & good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
