Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to join our rapidly expanding MOTOPLAY Lubricants & Automobiles division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust dealer network across your assigned territory/area to drive sales and market penetration of our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and appoint dealers/distributors within your assigned territory/area.

  • Conduct market surveys and develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Train and coach dealers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition activities.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer databases.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
