Job Responsibilities:
∎ .Ability to maintain and manage marketing promotion of food products and maintain a dynamic sales force for the company.
∎ .Ability to design and implement the market development interventions (Powder Milk).
∎ .Ability to achieve total sales target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ .Ability to work as a team with a common objective with a coordination of sales strategy with marketing programs.
∎ .Ability to preparing weekly sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ .Ability to training up sales representative in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors.
∎ Ability to searching of new retailer/distributor for gap market.
∎ Supervise & physically attend promotional activities & ensure regular field visit to achieve company goal.
∎ .Performing other duties assigned by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company policy
