FMCG Sales & Marketing, Leadership, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Reporting and Documentation, Strong communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned territory & develop sustained & long-lasting relationships with the customers.
∎ 2. Monitor the SKU wise primary & secondary sales activities within the assigned territory
∎ 3. Supervise the work of Sales officers and provide training and guidance to ensure achievement of target in areas such as coverage of outlet and market, merchandizing, stock rotation (FIFO).
∎ 4. Maintain and update records of distributors, Route chart, Route wise outlets and submit specified reports to RSM and return on time.
∎ 5. Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
∎ 6. Inform distributors about company policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ 7. Tracking of competitors strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ 8. Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets.
∎ 9. Scrutinize and authenticate damage claims.
