∎ Minimum Graduate but Masters/MBA/BBA in marketing from any reputed organization is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit distributors point & floor stock maintaining regularly
∎ Identifying of market gaps, monitoring of stock levels efficiently
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection
∎ Distributor handle and Outlet coverage properly.
∎ Capable to setup new distributors independently & Monitor.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Follow the chain of command as assigned by the management.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior boss timely with accuracy.
∎ Able to smoothly monitor sales team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years' working experiences in any well-known FMCG product or any reputed brand of stationery item is preferable.
∎ Excellent verbal and sound written correspondence skill in Bangla &English.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
∎ Should have Motorcycle driven skill & willingness to drive.

Salary: Negotiable
