Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit & Search new/potential dealers who are already in Mustard Oil Business within the Territory daily basis.
∎ To liaison with the immediate sales supervisor as well as authorized Person of Head Office regarding Products, Pricing, Branding & Payments etc. time to time.
∎ To achieve the daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly sales & Collection Target.
∎ To create the new dealers as per given Target.
∎ To educate the potential dealers why they will use our Mustard Oil, brands, Quality and cooking procedure.
∎ To ensure the payments under the sale in time.
∎ To Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand business are and enhance profitability.
∎ Developing & implementing sales plans.
∎ Resolving customer problems as needed.
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
