Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the Bengali & English language.
∎ Engaging interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
∎ A passion for success and a strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers.
∎ Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations·

∎ Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
∎ Develop a strong business relationship with key customers and visit the market regularly·
∎ Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories.

∎ Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
∎ Minimal time in an office environment.
∎ Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications. Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
∎ Data Analyst: Prepare Presentations and work on Excel sheets.
∎ A valid driver’s license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle will be considered.
∎ Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
∎ Job Context:This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and building and maintaining relationships with Clients (Cable Operators, ISPs, Telcos, and OTT Players). The successful candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, emphasizing data networking fundamentals and the ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed. Content Acquisition, Content Rights Management, Television, ISP, and Cable TV industry experience will be given priority. Success in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling; direct sales experience is also preferred.
