Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To prepare and execute sales plans for the assigned market to achieve the sales target.
∎ • Train & coach the team & markets on products, special schemes, reporting activity, proper customer handling techniques, and so forth.
∎ • Follow-up TPP claim, distributor KPI, sales team incentive, and DOA status regularly.
∎ • Forecast sales call, planning inventory in the depot and at all level of the distribution change.
∎ • Communicate to the NSM about the daily lifting plan (Val & Vol) as per the asking rate.
∎ • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
∎ • To constantly explore new avenues for the development of business and the improvement of business operations in the region.
∎ • Analyze daily, weekly & monthly reports and take corrective measures to achieve the team goal.
∎ • Organize and coordinate logistic supports.
