∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with GM (Sales) in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
∎ Find out the Market gaps, Sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
∎ Visit markets, Distributor's, Outlets on regular basis to search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Analysis the Monthly Target, Primary Sales (Lifting), Secondary Sales, Distributor Stock & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team Members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of Sales target (Primary & Secondary).
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis with product availability of each possible outlet.
∎ Ensure sales distribution, Merchandising, display works which are carried out company's objective.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
∎ Any other job assign by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing including minimum 2 years in TSO/TSM level. Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.
∎ Good experience in selling Mobile Phone.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and achieve set target.
Salary: Negotiable
