Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with Head of Sales in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
∎ Find out the Market gaps, Sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
∎ Analysis the Monthly Target, Primary Sales (Lifting), Secondary Sales, Distributor Stock, Credit, Over Due & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.
∎ Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customer needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
∎ Developing and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to sell company’s products.
∎ Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team Members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of Sales target (Primary & Secondary).
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis with product availability of each possible outlet.· Ensure sales distribution, Merchandising, display works which are carried out company's objective.
∎ Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
