Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational:
∎ Identifying opportunity, planning and executing outlet coverage required to attain sales goals in the area.
∎ Route Planning with appropriate frequency to serve the outlets at optimum.
∎ Sales Planning and implementation ensuring that sales & services goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Daily Sales Calls of each Sales and Distribution Representatives.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Daily Sales Performance- Strike Rate, Average Daily Sales, Out of Stock at outlet level.
∎ Have a productive professional relationship with the distributors and ensure proper working capital, stock, people and logistics to serve the market at optimum level.
∎ Maintain a healthy professional relationship with influential General Trade Channel.
∎ Monitor the implementation of all policies, SOPs, System related guideline and control mechanisms provided by Management
∎ Ensure stock & Visibility in the General Trade at the outlet level
∎ Ensure that the Area sales volume is achieved through proper planning, executions, regular sales tracking and drive.
∎ Drive, supervise and ensure execution of designated campaigns at the GT channel in the designated area.
∎ Analyze Sales figures, wastage rates regular basis and prepare necessary reports for management.
∎ Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and courteously
∎ Organize and schedule regular GT outlet visits
∎ Order management, PO collection, delivery monitoring and ensure product availability
∎ Management:
∎ Manage team's schedules and attendance records and address issues accordingly.
∎ Maintain desired levels of people productivity at the assigned Outlets.
∎ Product promotion management
∎ Build sustainable relation with outlet and HO management.
∎ Leadership:
∎ Supervise and mentoring field force
∎ Help team to identify issues and challenges and finding ways to overcome and achieve their goals.
∎ Effectively coach team for success within the organization through effective communication, observation, timely feedback and recognition.
∎ Identify the future leaders, train them and nurture them for the improvement of future.
∎ Human Resource:
∎ Work along with HR.to train employee time to time
∎ Participate in the recruitment process.
∎ Ensure their KRA and other motivational activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 4-5 years working experience in preferably in General Trade, preferably in FMCG industry
∎ Selling, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Planning, Team Management
