Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly & yearly sales targets.
∎ Forecasting monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
∎ To create and build up new Depot, Distributors, and Distributions network in the assigned region.
∎ Preparing the report for the management e.g. sales report, sales forecast, target set-up, market analysis, etc.
∎ Will be able to work in hard conditions and changing situations.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy, and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing and new dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Ensure products availability and provide feedback and market information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Retail Store

∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
