Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure running day-to-day business operations smoothly and to the Dealer sales team to achieve desired sales targets.
∎ Make territory/area / division-wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore the untapped market.
∎ Analyse sales data, trends, and market competition and prepare a sales report.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure the availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory/area/division.
∎ Reporting Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Achieve assigned territory/area / division-wise sales targets by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Implement Distributor Management Best Practices in coordination with Sales Training Team.
∎ Sales force effectiveness and efficiency evaluation in coordination with Sales Team.
∎ Setting annual sales targets, and formulating and implementing sales budget plans.
∎ Regular monitoring of the achievement of area / divisional sales targets as per the approved budget.
∎ Achieving the set sales target and collection, evaluating the monthly performance of the Sales and Distribution team as per sales KPI.
∎ Regular market visits data collection, and analysis to support in determining product prices and discount rates by identifying customer needs and satisfaction and building a network with customers.
∎ Participate in various meetings and conferences for current sales status, sales improvement, monthly sales review, company policy, trade offers for product marketing & promotion, and other necessary matters.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market and coverage.
∎ Evaluate team members & performance and recommend benefits accordingly.
∎ Presenting various information to the authority and management in regard to the market demand including policy, offer, and pricing of new products.
∎ To supervise the product delivery to the distributor as per company policy and procedure.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite sales promotional activities (TVC, banner, PVC, signboard, billboard and media, periodic offers, and annual offers).
∎ Ensure proper documentation and policy implementation for dealers/distributors/Channel Partners/clients as per company sales & distribution policy.
∎ Ensure regular orientation/training of the recruited manpower to provide a comprehensive idea about product/company rules and policies to ensure maximum output of sales staff.
∎ To execute another official task, assigned by the authority and management.
