∎ Master's / Bachelor from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
∎ Set directions and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies.
∎ Ensure sales growth of and explore the untapped market.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders (Distributors, retailers, wholesalers & Modern Trade).
∎ Motivate & train the Sales Team involved in marketing the products.
∎ Ability to formulate sales plan & fix-up the target of Distributors, retailers, wholesalers & Modern Trade.
∎ Ability to convince and handle the depot/Distributor/retailer to get orders.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.
