Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive semen, LN2 and AI materials at Area Sales Center (ASC)
∎ Sale and distribute semen and AI materials to AISP at ASC
∎ Keep register on received and distributed semen, LN2 and AI materials
∎ Maintain accounts on regular sales and adjust with bull station
∎ Prepare regular sales data, report and ensure online posting
∎ Follow-up AISP activities (quality AI service to farmers, farmer register, price claim, AI card using, LN2 use & field movement).
∎ Develop new AISP for market expansion and increase coverage of uncovered area
∎ Visit dairy farm on regular basis, identify uncovered area and expand market accordingly
∎ Organize workshop and meeting with dairy farmers
∎ Facilitate AISP loan scheme and realize outstanding
∎ Build rapport with Govt. and other livestock stakeholders
∎ Assist LST department to organize HC, VC, progeny show and film show
∎ Provide support in pre-selection of breeding bull and contract farmers
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experiences on sales
∎ Must have ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ Must have working knowledge in direct sales operation and supply chain management
∎ Must have knowledge in MS word, MS-excel
∎ Must have knowledge in inventory management, profit protection, understanding of market dynamics, market behavior, strategic, launching & promotional plan, monitoring sales performance, reporting, analyzing progress
∎ Have skill on communication, people management, relationship building, work prioritizing
∎ Able to work under pressure and challenging environment
