Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from reputed public or private university. MBA in Sales & Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of the sales forces for the respective area.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor the product wise daily performance.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution.
∎ Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with sales force.
∎ Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Provide training to the field forces regarding their assigned products.
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Conduct frequent visit /meeting with distributors/dealers.
∎ Frequent personal communication with the dealers/distributors/customers
∎ Identify competitive situation and market variables in the field of households Insecticides, Pesticides, health and hygiene products.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards authority.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of practical experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Incumbent should be familiar with commonly used tools for market analysis and gross margin analysis and business planning.
∎ Personal attributes:
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Self-motivated

∎ Language: Should be fluent in English & Bangla.
