  • At least 05 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization
  • Proven experience as a ASM or in a similar role, preferably within the products Standard Food & Beverage and Consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of the market and consumer behavior across all over the Bangladesh
  • Excellent sales analytical skills & hands-on knowledge on distributors & sales force management
  • Leadership Skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal relationship skills and Customer orientation

The candidate will be responsible to:

  • Develop & implement effective sales strategies

  • lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target

  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans

  • Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements

  • Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products

  • Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast

  • Provide on time effective solutions of field force

  • Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the market
