Experience:

• 6 to 8 years

• Hon’s/ Masters in any discipline (Preferred in Marketing or Business Discipline)

• Valid motorcycle driving license is required

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in competitive markets

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools

• Positive attitude, high integrity, and result-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-based roles

We are looking for some proactive and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations within the assigned area and ensure strong market execution across its Spice & Agro product portfolio including spices, muri, chira, mango bar, mustard oil, and other agro-based food products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales operations within the assigned area

• Supervise TSMs and sales team members

• Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets

• Expand distribution coverage and improve market penetration

• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

• Implement company sales strategies effectively
