• Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Excel/Sales CRM tools.

• Attributes: Proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets and managing large teams.

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a specific geographical territory. Your goal is to lead a team of Sales Officers to maximize revenue, expand our distribution network, and ensure the effective implementation of trade marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers and Territory Managers.

• Appoint and manage distributors to ensure product availability across the entire area.

• Identify new market opportunities and untapped retail clusters.

• Manage the area's sales budget and analyze sales data to forecast future trends.
