∎ Job Location Specific Area: Sirajganj, Pabna, Natore, Bogura, Rajshahi, Chapainawabganj, Rangpur, Gaibandha, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Dinajpur & Tangail.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for delivery of Primary and secondary targets, supervise & report retail level activities.
∎ Distribution and productivity.
∎ Coverage of outlet and market.
∎ Distributor field force management and development. Planning and monitoring the achievement of monthly targets for a set of SKUs wise through effective control on so performance with daily review.
∎ Ensure product quality and customer service.
∎ Implement scheme and innovation management.
∎ System and process implementation.
∎ Performance management and monitoring.
∎ To Plan and achieve the Secondary Sales Target through distribution and productivity.
∎ Achievement of Secondary Sales Targets by SKUs and categories periodically.
∎ Supervise the work of SO and provide the training and guidance to ensure achievement of target in the following areas.
∎ Visit all retailer's regular basis to maintain close relationships.
∎ Maintain Sales activity records & reports and sent them to the head office.
∎ Preparing market reports suggesting action plans based on competitor's activity.
∎ Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training distributor's field forces sales force on a regular basis.
∎ Regular searching and development of new markets etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have experience of 3 to 7 years in the following areas.
∎ The applicant should be experienced in the following area FMCG sales marketing.
∎ The applicant must have the capacity to make a new distributor for his knowledge/experience work area.
∎ Must have a good channel for recruiting an efficient field force.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 26000 (Monthly)
∎ As per negotiable based on skill and experience.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ D/A and others allowance. (As per Company Policy).
∎ Sales Incentives as per company policy.
