∎ Area Sales Manager - Bachelor degree in any discipline (Marketing Preferable)

Job Context:
∎ Ensure to run day-to-day business operations smoothly and to Dealer sales team to achieve desired sales target.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make territory/area wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends, market competition and prepare sales report.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory/area.
∎ Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Implement Distributor Management Best Practices in co-ordination with Sales Training Team.
∎ Analyze the data for identifying gap or developing area for growth of sales and revenue.
∎ Sales force effectiveness and efficiency evaluation in co-ordination with Sales Team.
∎ Ensure smooth running of Distributor.
