Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture
∎ Bachelor in any discipline but B. Sc. In-Agriculture/ Diploma -In-Agriculture will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territories.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers.
∎ Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Workplace :
∎ Dinazpur Region ( Dinazpur, Nilphamary, Thakurgoan, Rangpur and Panchagar)
∎ Cumilla Region (Cumilla, Laxmipur, Noakhali, B. Baria, Feni, Sitakundu)
∎ Responsibilities:
